Anda #2 - January 18, 2023

Andas are where I share associative blobs of links to what I’ve been exploring, seeing, listening to, and reading. "Anda" means egg in Sanskrit. It's a zone of fertility and creativity.

1. Remembered my lost love for the Dada poetry of Tristan Tzara and got reacquainted.

2. Music find of the month: Genre-defying South African composer, cellist, vocalist Abel Selaocoe @abelselaocoe.

3. Found this list of 10 Films By Indigenous Filmmakers To Watch Instead Of Avatar: The Way Of Water.

4. After seeing James Spader in something, ended up on the webpage of his wife, Leslie Stefanson, a sculptor.

5. Continued feeding my Etsy-based obsession with unglazed cookware.

   

6. Read an informative article about the incoming Water Rabbit year.

7. Once again, enjoyed the never-ending stream of dad jokes from a Facebook friend.

   

8. Started putting together a “might try” list of Portland restaurants and cafes.

9. Enjoyed this choreography from @_fernando_melo.
