Andas are where I share associative blobs of links to what I’ve been exploring, seeing, listening to, and reading. "Anda" means egg in Sanskrit. It's a zone of fertility and creativity.
Meet Jaya Kula’s resident naturopath, Dr. Sangita Pedro! Dr. Sangita specializes in all the things that plague us these days, including lyme, complex chronic illnesses, mold and fungus, and stubborn gut issues. She also offers traditional homeopathy. I’ve had an aromantic crush on Danny Kaye since I was a little kid. This is definitely a joy-sparker. If you don’t know these guys - Harry Belafonte and Danny Kaye - they had a magical friendship and were both incredible performers. Harry was of mixed Jamaican and Jewish ancestry. Danny’s parents were Jewish immigrants.

I just found out that Richard Diebenkorn, one of my favorite California artists, was actually born in Portland, OR where I currently live. His Ocean Park series sparked a marvelous dream back in my 20s. I was wandering among many of the large Ocean Park paintings that were floating all around me. Then a voice I presumed to be Diebenkorn’s came out of the sky and said: “The reason why I love Ocean Park is because you can feel life more intensely here.”
