I hope you hear back! Thanks for addressing one of the aspects of AI that really gives me pause. The other is the massive and growing carbon footprint and water consumption. Data center water use is largely unregulated and expected to grow explosively. And then there's all the mining of rare earth metals. I asked Claude about all this and it told me "demand is accelerating faster than the grid can green itself." It also said that nuclear power is "gaining renewed interest" as a non-carbon power source for data centers. I'd love to hear you talk about this in part II!

I love this take and direction of the conversation! I feel also very torn around the use of this technologies.
A thoughtful and direct writing. Thank you
