Spiritual Biz Flu
From The Mother Poems by Shambhavi Sarasvati at Kindred 108. We're all kindred here.
So sick of spiritual biz spiritual clothes spiritual bling Sick of spiritual bios and exaggerated claims Tired of spiritual promises and the money they earn Sick of spiritual poses, gazes, and tattoos Sick of spiritual selfies on social media feeds Tired of everyone’s a teacher and humble equals brag Sick of unearned teachings, confidently mouthed I'm over certifications, revelations, secrets, and ah-maze-ing Completely over “enlightenment experiences” that are one-off things I’m sick of my own name and my spiritual supplies I’m also sick of brands, workshops, Instagrams, and Zoom I just want to float in the river of come what may in the Mother’s lap in the natural ease in the living unnamed, untamed and unadvertised
